KWAI, KWAI, NIDOBAK

I have had a difficult year with health.  I have been reduced to working only 10-20 minutes at a session and then rest.  This has made it very difficult to create the amount or quality of work I have been accustomed to doing. 

I will be celebrating my 80th year this fall so it is natural that I slow down a bit.  Unfortunately, it is more than age.  Doctors have discovered spinal stenosis in both my upper and lower back.  This affects the use of my limbs and that means my hands as well.
